She snuggles into me. I kiss her little head and breathe deeply. She munches on her apple, and I listen. She offers me a bite.
You're so kind, I tell her. I give her another kiss. She rests her curly head on my shoulder.
I love you. My heart is overflowing. And I thank God for my baby sister.
